We are Martin (53) from Germany and Joanna (34) from Poland.

We live on 2 ha of Land in the middle of the mountains in the forest, close to nature, and create a food forest garden.
In our place, you can go to the heart of nature.

Our haven is a fusion of vegan living, permaculture, and serene escapes.
Every weekend, we extend our love for fresh, local produce to our Veganoteca food truck. Join us as we craft delectable vegan dishes with the finest ingredients, showcasing the region's flavors. It's a culinary journey that celebrates sustainability and local goodness.

Local & Bio
It is important for us to prioritize local sourcing, valuing its proximity and community connection. Even though not all local products carry a bio certification, we strive to choose organic whenever possible. Our dedication to sustainability and the environment drives us to select ingredients mindfully, favoring organic options to minimize our carbon footprint. By doing so, we support local farmers and contribute to a healthier planet, one delicious dish at a time.
Zero Waste
We uphold a zero-waste philosophy. We meticulously gauge our ingredient needs, ensuring minimal surplus, which finds a second life in our bio-compost system, completing a sustainable circle. Our commitment goes beyond taste; it's about ethics, too. Every dish we craft is 100% plant-based, aligning with our responsible and sustainable ingredient sourcing, contributing to a healthier, kinder world through food.
